The property is set at the top of the pueblo with magnificent views to the Mediterranean. This is a unique opportunity to buy something where there is a large parcel of land adjoined to the property as normally in a village location the land is away from the dwelling. All village services are available and telephone.
The land has 30 hours of water every 2 weeks in the summer which would support a swimming pool and irrigate the land. There is also a small plot of land away from the property next to another acequia in a sheltered spot with a walnut tree. On the main 1300m2 there are almonds and figs and maybe a mulberry.
The ruin has a footprint f 115m2 but the solar is 354.32 m2, increasing to this would need to be approved in Madrid, but the tecnico (copy of his report attached, from 5 years ago) The rustic land adjoining the plot is on 6 bancales and measures 1300m2. The boundary is a footpath at the back of the property in the natural park and an acequia running down the full length of the far side.
